These reins are made of harness leather that are 5/8” wide, with silver bolt snaps, you will notice a rainbow of colors (2 option color sets: Purple, Green, Pink or Red, white, blue) made in chap leather and are in Aztec like design details, and you will also find rawhide braided buttons that are dividers and assist you with your grip.
These colors are not only just for looks, they are the tools that will help you physically see where your hand placement are, as a barrel racer you know the importance of a good pair of reins and the placement of your hands, to help Arch into a barrel, this allows you and your personal coach to show you where you need to be, your coach then has the ability to yell to you while you are in action, they can shout out “GRAB THE BLUE!” “LET GO TO THE RED!” and you can hear and physically see what he/she is talking about!
